I believe everyone needs a reliable place to draw from for their mental health. Just like a physical well provides essential, clean water for function and life, I aim to be an objective source of strategy, clarity, and shared wisdom for your mind. Here, you can cut through the noise to clear away confusion, break through mental blocks, and discover practical tools to optimize your daily life. It is a space designed for actionable strategy, helping you move past inertia and doubt toward clear execution.
A life coach is a person who helps you identify your goals and challenges, then works with you to create a plan to achieve them. They usually focus on present and future actions, helping you unlock your full potential and make positive changes in your life.
I know the coaching industry can sometimes feel vast and varied, and I cannot speak for everyone in this field. However, I, alongside many dedicated professionals, have put immense time, effort, and study into my education to ensure I provide legitimate, high-quality help. My goal is to build a foundation of trust with you, showing that coaching can be a powerful, credible space focused entirely on your action, strategy, and personal optimization.
A core goal I have is to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, whether it be personality disorders or non-personality disorders. I aim to create a space where conversations about mental well-being are normalized and approached with empathy, whether emotional or cognitive empathy. It is crucial to remember that mental health is not "cookie-cutter". It exists on a vast spectrum, and each person’s journey is unique. My objective is to foster understanding that one person’s experience does not speak for everyone else’s. I take this view and apply it directly within my coaching, helping you dismantle the specific barriers keeping you stuck so we can build realistic goals and a clear route to achieve them.
Currently, I serve clients worldwide as a Certified Life Coach and Mental Health Coach. While I plan to continue my work as a coach, I am also actively continuing my advanced education to eventually become a licensed professional. I feel it is important to be transparent about what I am doing because I want to make sure people are educated on the facts. While coaching and therapy share similarities, like drawing ideas from different methods, there is a clear difference between life coaching and traditional clinical therapy.
To keep those lines clear, here is what that looks:
- What I CAN do as your coach: Help you build healthy coping mechanisms for stress, work on emotional regulation, challenge negative self-talk, set firm personal boundaries, and optimize your mindset.
- What I CANNOT do as your coach: Treat or diagnose clinical conditions like Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, OCD. I cannot provide traditional clinical therapy.
You are always welcome to share your diagnosis or mental health history with me. Knowing this context is incredibly valuable because it helps me understand where you are coming from and how your mind may operate under stress, allowing us to find the absolute best coaching strategies for your specific routine. While we will use that history as a guide map to understand your baseline, our active sessions will remain entirely focused on your everyday habits, mindset, and real-life progress.
Choosing this path allows me to give you a highly balanced, structured approach to personal growth while keeping those professional boundaries clear. I work with people from all walks of life who are fully committed to taking action and reaching their goals. Some of my clients want to improve their relationships, others are looking for career advancement, or they simply want to find more balance and fulfillment in their daily lives. Because my practice operates digitally, I can help people all around the world. No matter where you are located, the doors to The Mental Health Well are open to you.
I bring a solid academic foundation in psychology and an objective focus on human behavior and motivation. True growth doesn't come from surface-level goal setting; it requires identifying the underlying patterns and blind spots that keep you stuck. I offer absolute honesty and logical feedback in every session.
My philosophy is built on the fact that real progress requires honesty, logic, and clear plans rather than empty praise. I do not focus on vague wishful thinking. Instead, I work with you to look at your daily habits, find where you are getting stuck, and create a practical path forward. By replacing confusion with simple, proven habits, we focus entirely on getting you real, noticeable results.
Additionally, I use a tiered pricing structure to make strategic support affordable and accessible. I understand that traditional, rigid appointment scheduling can be tough, particularly for individuals dealing with stress, burnout, shyness, or social anxiety. My system removes those communication barriers by offering flexible options that fit your comfort level, daily routine, and budget.
Instead of a single, rigid setup, you select the exact level of support you need, ranging from a flexible entry point to a consistent, long-term partnership. By offering options like messaging-only access, you get direct feedback and accountability without the pressure of a live audio or video call. This makes it entirely seamless to stay consistent while working in a way that feels comfortable for you.
Over my years of working with individuals, I have seen firsthand how easily boundaries can blur, particularly when it comes to communication. Support that relies on constant, around-the-clock messaging requires an immense amount of time, energy, and emotional labor. Without structure, it quickly leads to burnout and diminishes the overall quality of focus.
At the same time, I deeply understand how it feels from your perspective. There are times when you simply want to message what you have to say instead of calling someone or having to speak face-to-face. This structure is specifically designed to support you if you might be struggling with low energy, depression, social anxiety, or are naturally shy.
By offering different levels of support, ranging from focused messaging options to more comprehensive packages, you can choose the exact rhythm that fits your current capacity and budget. This system ensures that my time and expertise are respected, while providing you with a transparent, sustainable, and low-pressure space completely dedicated to your personal development.
I always say that anyone can benefit from mental health coaching, but if you are also wondering if my help is right for you, just ask yourself these questions:
1. Do I have a goal I’m hoping to achieve but feel like I don't know where to start?
2. Am I feeling down about life or like I’m at a standstill?
3. Is my relationship with someone feeling rocky and I want an outside perspective?
4. Have I been struggling to manage my mental health self-care?
5. Are my finances feeling rocky and I'm struggling to stabilize them?
6. Do I need help creating and/or understanding my degree path?
7. Am I looking to make improvements at work or change jobs?
8. Am I looking to build a sincere support system?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, your journey will benefit from this space. Whether things are going well and you want to optimize your routine, or you are trying to break out of a rut, there is always a habit we can look at or a strategy we can adjust. If you are ready to trade comfort for absolute clarity, this format is built for you.
The coaching world can feel confusing, but choosing to work with me means choosing a clear, direct path forward. My background combines a solid university education in psychology with practical life coaching frameworks. This allows us to look at your life as a whole system, rather than just treating one isolated problem, so you can make lasting changes. By offering a straightforward space through audio, video, or unlimited messaging, I make sure your coaching is as simple, practical, and action-focused as possible.
The services provided through The Mental Health Well are coaching services only and do not constitute clinical psychotherapy, counseling, or medical mental health treatment. While my coaching framework is deeply informed by my psychological education, digital coaching sessions are future-focused and action-oriented, designed for personal development, emotional resilience, and mindset optimization. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy for mental health disorders. If you are currently experiencing a psychological crisis or require clinical mental health treatment, please consult with a licensed healthcare professional or local clinical provider.
My location in the Central European Time (CET) zone allows me to offer unique scheduling flexibility. My business hours align perfectly with the typical workday clients in Europe. At the same time, this strategic location gives me the unique ability to offer sessions to my U.S.-based clients during their early mornings or later evenings, providing greater flexibility to accommodate busy schedules. My goal is to make support as accessible as possible, and my location is a key part of that commitment.
