My name is Kae, and for many years, my passion has been helping people navigate difficult times and uncover their inner strength through. With many years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of individuals worldwide on their personal growth journeys.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas and my Associate of Arts in Psychology at Grand Rapids Community College. My commitment to understanding mental health continues today as I pursue my Masters in Psychology to eventually become a licensed professional. Additionally, I studied to become a Certified Life Coach at New Skills Academy, and I actively seek opportunities for personal growth. This background enables me to blend evidence-based frameworks with direct, practical coaching services.
