About The FOUNDER of The Mental Health Well

Who am I?

My name is Kae, and for many years, my passion has been helping people navigate difficult times and uncover their inner strength through my coaching services. This dedication to mental health has been the guiding force behind my work. With over two decades of experience in therapy-like coaching, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of individuals worldwide on their personal growth journeys.

My Qualifications

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas and my Associate of Arts in Psychology at Grand Rapids Community College. My commitment to understanding mental health continues today as I pursue my Master of Science in Psychology. Additionally, I studied to become a Certified Life Coach at New Skills Academy, and I actively seek opportunities for personal growth. This background enables me to blend deep psychological principles with practical and compassionate coaching services.

I believe in a holistic and flexible approach, particularly in my coaching services. What does a holistic and flexible approach look like? A holistic approach means that I view you as a whole person, not just a single “problem” or symptom. Instead of concentrating solely on a specific issue (like career stress or anxiety), I will help you explore how various aspects of your life are interconnected and influencing your mental health and personal growth. By taking this comprehensive view, I can assist you in identifying root causes and creating a plan for sustainable, long-term change.

My Specialties

I provide coaching services that guide you in various areas, including strategies to enhance mental health, improve relationships (both platonic and non-platonic), and plan for school, career, and finances. My approach is deeply informed by a diverse background in evidence-based principles. Additionally, my understanding of behavior analysis enables me to customize my support to a wide range of needs, ensuring a uniquely personalized path for your personal growth.
