I believe everyone needs a place to draw from for their mental health. Just like a physical well provides essential water for nourishment and life, I aim to be a source of support, understanding, and shared wisdom for your mind. Here, you can come to replenish your emotional reserves, find clarity to clear away confusion, and discover tools to foster your well-being. It's a place to nurture your mind, helping you move from the "clouds" of doubt and stigma toward your personal "sunshine".
A core goal I have is to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I aim to create a space where conversations about mental well-being, including mental illness, are normalized and approached with empathy (cognitive and/or emotional). It's crucial to remember that mental health is not "cookie-cutter." It exists on a vast spectrum, and each person's journey and experience are unique. I want to foster understanding that one person's experience does not speak for everyone else's.
Currently, I am a Certified Life Coach. I feel that choosing to help people as a mental health coach/life coach can offer a balanced approach. I work with people from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of them are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life. I have helped people all around the world, so regardless of where you're from, The Mental Health Well is open!
A life coach is a person who helps you identify your goals and challenges, then works with you to create a plan to achieve them. They usually focus on present and future actions, helping you unlock your full potential and make positive changes in your life.
My philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with people to help identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to help achieve their desired outcomes.
I have an academic background in psychology and multiple decades of experience, both of which I continue to grow and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every session.
On top of this, I also offer a tiered subscription system, which is designed to make my support accessible and to meet you exactly where you are in your journey. I know that social anxiety and depression can sometimes make the simple act of scheduling and showing up for an appointment feel overwhelming. My system helps remove those barriers by providing options that fit your comfort level and your budget.
Instead of a single, rigid offering, you can choose the level of support that feels right for you—from a flexible entry point to a more consistent, long-term partnership. By offering options like messaging-only sessions, you can get the support you need without the pressure of a video or audio call, making it easier to start and stay consistent on your path to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

At the same time, this strategic location gives me the unique ability to offer sessions to my U.S.-based clients during their early mornings or later evenings, providing greater flexibility to accommodate busy schedules. My goal is to make support as accessible as possible, and my location is a key part of that commitment.
